Normand Brière,

Institutional Financing
Normand Brière has held the position of Vice-President,
Mortgage Investments and Institutional Financing since November
2005. He joined Desjardins Asset Management in 2002 as Assistant
Vice-President, Credit Risk Management. Among his previous
positions, Normand Brière was Senior Manager, Commercial
Mortgages at RBC Royal Bank from 1989 to 2002.
Normand Brière became a chartered appraiser (CApp) in 1982,
and earned his bachelor's degree in business administration in
1980.
Jacques G. Aubry
Regional Vice-President
Eastern Canada
Jacques Aubry joined Desjardins Group in 1989 and held several
positions at Caisse centrale Desjardins, including Vice-President,
Financing and Banking Services. He was appointed Regional
Vice-President, Mortgage and Institutional Financing at Desjardins
Asset Management in May 1995. Before joining Desjardins Group, he
held a number of positions in small business lending and corporate
financing at Bank of Montreal.
Jacques Aubry has a bachelor’s degree in business
administration from HEC Montréal.
Iain Pollock
Regional Vice President
Western Canada
Iain Pollock has held the position of Regional Vice President,
Mortgage Lending, Western Canada since 1992. From 1989 to 1992,
Iain was Assistant Vice-President, Corporate Lending in Desjardins
Asset Management Toronto office. From 1977 to 1989, Iain held
positions of increasing responsibility in Vancouver and Toronto at
several major Canadian financial institutions and a business
lending intermediary.
Iain Pollock has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from University of
British Columbia (UBC).
Stephen Wood
Regional Vice President
Central Canada
Mr. Wood has over 25 years of experience in the real estate
finance industry and a broad range of market experience having
worked in major cities across Canada for financial
institutions.
Located in Toronto, Mr. Wood has been responsible for the
commercial mortgage activities of Desjardins Asset Management in
Central Canada since 1995.
