A chartered accountant with a bachelor's degree in business administration, Michel Bédard joined Desjardins Group in 1995 as Regional Vice-President, Real Estate Investments. He previously held various positions at different real estate companies. The expertise he has developed in the real estate field includes property management, asset management and development projects. As Vice-President, Real Estate Investments at Desjardins Asset Management since 2001, Michel Bédard has managed a Canada-wide real estate portfolio of close to $1 billion. He has played a decisive role in numerous real estate transactions and projects including E-Commerce Place in Montréal.

Christian Pouliot joined Desjardins Group in 1997 as a real estate asset manager. In 2002, he was appointed Regional Vice-President, Real Estate Investments, Eastern Canada, at Desjardins Asset Management. Previously, he held the position of Manager, Administration and Finance at a specialized property management and development firm, where he was able to develop expertise in a wide variety of properties.

Christian Pouliot obtained a bachelor’s degree in business administration in 1982.
