More specifically, and for the next few years, the experts in Desjardins Asset Management’s Real Estate Investments sector are turning their attention to the redeployment of the Ontario and Western Canada portfolio, without neglecting Quebec activities.

Our goals:

• Keep 50% of Québec real estate assets
• Increase investments outside Québec by the same proportion

The redeployment outside Québec targets three types of real estate assets:

• Office buildings
• Shopping centres
• Industrial properties

In Quebec, the team has taken on the challenge of developing the promising retirement home sector. The Jardins de Renoir project located in Laval, Québec, for instance, was completed in June 2006, on time and within budget.
